Please read these terms carefully before using our services or website.

By using this website or requesting services from Southwest Auto Glass, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and Southwest Auto Glass, Inc. (“Southwest Auto Glass,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of our website at southwestautoglass.com/dev (the “Site”) and any auto glass repair, replacement, chip repair, or ADAS recalibration services we provide.

By accessing the Site, requesting a quote, scheduling service, or accepting a service from Southwest Auto Glass, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are arranging service on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Services Provided

Southwest Auto Glass provides auto glass repair and replacement services, including but not limited to:

  • Windshield replacement and repair
  • Door glass, quarter glass, vent glass, and back glass replacement
  • Chip and crack repair
  • Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) camera recalibration
  • In-shop and mobile service appointments

We serve customers in El Paso (TX), Las Cruces (NM), and Alamogordo (NM). Service availability, pricing, and turnaround time may vary by location and vehicle type.

Southwest Auto Glass reserves the right to decline service at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where a vehicle presents safety risks to our technicians or where the required glass or parts are not available.

Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided through our website, by phone, or in person are estimates based on the vehicle information provided. Final pricing may vary if:

  • The actual vehicle condition differs from what was described during the quote request.
  • Additional damage is discovered during inspection or service.
  • The required glass or parts are unavailable and a substitute is required.
  • ADAS recalibration requirements are identified that were not anticipated in the initial quote.

We will always communicate any pricing changes before proceeding with work. You have the right to approve or decline any additional charges prior to service completion.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotional pricing applies only for the stated promotional period and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

Appointments & Cancellations

When you schedule an appointment with Southwest Auto Glass, you agree to the following:

  • Punctuality: Please have your vehicle ready at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling.
  • Cancellations: We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance by calling 915-595-4444.
  • No-Shows: Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to schedule future appointments.
  • Mobile Service: For mobile appointments, ensure your vehicle is accessible and in a safe, shaded location where possible. Weather conditions may require rescheduling for quality assurance purposes.
  • Vehicle Access: You must provide authorization for our technicians to access and operate your vehicle as necessary to complete the service.

Southwest Auto Glass reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to technician availability, parts delays, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible if a change is required.

Warranties & Guarantees

Southwest Auto Glass stands behind the quality of our work. Our warranty covers:

  • Workmanship Warranty: All installations are warranted against defects in workmanship, including leaks, wind noise, and loose moldings, for the life of the vehicle under original ownership.
  • Glass Breakage: Replacement glass is not warranted against breakage due to impact, road hazards, vandalism, or environmental conditions — these events are not defects in our service.
  • Chip Repairs: Chip repairs are warranted against the chip spreading from the repaired area. We cannot guarantee that chips will be completely invisible after repair.
  • ADAS Calibration: ADAS recalibration is performed to OEM specifications using calibrated equipment. We do not warrant against system errors resulting from subsequent windshield damage, third-party modifications, or vehicle accidents.

Warranties are void if the vehicle is involved in an accident that affects the glass or calibration, or if repairs or modifications are made to the glass or ADAS system by an unauthorized party.

To make a warranty claim, contact us at 915-595-4444 with your service record. We may require inspection of the vehicle before honoring a warranty claim.

Insurance Claims

Southwest Auto Glass works with most major insurance carriers. When you elect to file an insurance claim:

  • You authorize us to communicate directly with your insurance company regarding the claim on your behalf.
  • You understand that your deductible (if applicable) is your responsibility, regardless of insurance coverage.
  • You represent that the information provided to your insurer is accurate and truthful.
  • Southwest Auto Glass is not responsible for claim denials or coverage disputes between you and your insurer.

Any amounts not covered by insurance remain your responsibility as the vehicle owner.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Southwest Auto Glass shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site or our services.
  • Loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.
  • Personal injury or property damage not directly caused by our negligence during service.
  • Pre-existing damage to your vehicle not related to the glass service performed.
  • Inaccuracies in information provided on our Site, including pricing estimates.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer of Southwest Auto Glass, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your vehicle and the nature of the glass damage when requesting service.
  • Disclose any known existing damage to your vehicle prior to service.
  • Follow any post-service care instructions provided by our technicians (e.g., waiting periods before driving, avoiding car washes).
  • Not drive the vehicle until cleared to do so by our technician after glass installation.
  • Use our Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Failure to follow post-service instructions may void your warranty and could create safety risks.
